Adaptei-o do "Mesa para 4". Acrescentar os demais ingredientes, menos a farinha, misturando bem. Aos poucos acrescentar a farinha de trigo, amassando até a massa ficar macia e não grudar nas mãos. Sovar bem. Cobrir a massa e deixar descansar até dobrar de tamanho. Mais ou menos 1 hora. Dividir a massa em 4 partes (eu costumo cortar e pesar para que todos fiquem com mesmo peso). Abrir com o rolo, enrolar os pães no formato desejado, colocar na assadeira ou na forma de pão. Se usar forma de pão untar levemente com óleo. Deixar crescer por mais ou menos 1 hora.
